Cancellation Policy

I charge a 50% cancellation fee for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. I understand that life happens, in the event of an emergency the fee may be applied to your next appointment. Not showing up to an appointment without letting me know will result in a forfeited deposit and no further appointments will be booked. If no deposit is paid and you no show you will owe 50% of the service fee.
